Dear Sisters and Brothers in the Order of Eastern Star in Indiana:

During the 2006-2009 Triennium I have the honor and privilege of serving as a General Grand Chapter Committee Member on Visionquest. I am excited about this journey, and I hope that you will join me.

Proverbs 29: 18 states "Where there is no vision the people perish." My Sisters and Brothers, I feel that where there is no VISION, our chapters will perish.

I have a big challenge ahead of me and I cannot accomplish it alone. So I have formed a Vision Team to help me. We will work with you and your chapters on focusing on the VISION of chapter growth. My team members include Sister Loretta Riehl, GGCCM on Membership and PGM; Brother Joe Conniff, Co-State Chairperson of Membership Development; and his Division Chairpersons:

Sister Elizabeth Lashley, and Brothers James Slack, Greg Chiles, and John Labounty. This team will work with each of you through a variety of programs, workshops throughout the state, and information sharing aimed at working together with the members of our subordinate chapters with the goal of increasing membership and reactivating those members who no longer come to chapter meetings and functions.
